Dedelerinin badem şekeri tarifinden feyz alan torunların kurduğu Mendel’s Coffee & Chocolatier, Beşiktaş Akaretler’de zengin menüsü ve şık mekânı ile butik bir çikolatacı. Menüsünde çikolataya özel tarifli tatlılar, dondurma ve dondurmalı tatlılar, sıcak çikolata, süt, kuplu çikolatalar ve tabii ki kahve bulunuyor.
Mendel’s Coffee & Chocolatier’nin en çok tavsiye edilen çikolatası da Şamdan. Dışı beyaz çikolata kaplı bu şık tatlının içinde mousse kreması, frambuaz ve fıstık parçacıkları bulunuyor. Mendel’s özel tatları beyaz, bitter ve sütlü çikolatalı olarak isteyebilirsiniz. Ayrıca kek ve çikolatanın harmanından özel tatlılar da var.
2. Valonia Chocolate
Valonia, a brand of the famous Pelit Patisseries, has been serving since 2004. Valonia Chocolate, located in Beşiktaş Ihlamurdere, is not only a chocolate and pastry shop, but also a cafe with a very rich menu.
The white chocolate wet cake and the strawberry burger are worth going and tasting. They make their own Beyoğlu Chocolates. You can taste pistachio and hazelnut bitter, milk and white chocolate varieties.
3. J’adore Chocolatier
J’adore Chocolatier, a small two-storey venue in Taksim, manages to make you feel like you are in France in the 1900s with its extremely vintage decoration that looks like a penthouse.
It has a very special menu with chestnut, strawberry, banana, mixed cups, chocolate cheesecake with its recipe from 1959 and special Helen apple share.
4. Rumeli Chocolate Shop
Rumeli Chocolate Shop, which has branches in big cities such as Eskişehir, Ankara and İzmir, besides its branches in Istanbul, has been serving for years with its windows where chocolate and truffles are exhibited, with the magnificent smell of chocolate.

The boutique chocolatier of Nişantaşı, Maria Antionette, takes you to the 18th century with the most delicious form of chocolate. In the shop opened by the famous actress Rojda Demirer, chocolates are produced daily in the workshop on the upper floor of the place.
You can buy chocolates, whose package designs are also very interesting, by weight or individually. Valentine Royal, Valentine Special, Valentine Mini options are ideal for special occasions or Valentine’s Day. Cups that meet with mocha praline, tiramisu truffle, fresh extracts and Belgian chocolate make Maria Antionette special.
